Jessica Kirby is a Realtor®, Qualifying Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, investor, and real estate developer dedicated to helping families turn their goals into ownership, stability, and generational wealth.

As the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Jessie D. Realty Inc., Jessica serves clients throughout Alabama and Georgia with a hands-on approach to buying, selling, investing, and new construction. She also works as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Innovative Mortgage, allowing her to bring valuable knowledge of both the real estate and financing sides of homeownership.

Jessica is also the owner of Precision Design & Development Inc., where her vision extends beyond selling homes to developing quality housing and creating opportunities within the communities she serves.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Jessica's mission has always been bigger than closing transactions. She is passionate about financial literacy, homeownership, credit education, entrepreneurship, and building wealth. Through scholarships, community education, and mentorship, she works to help others gain the knowledge and confidence to change the trajectory of their lives.

At the center of everything Jessica does is her faith in God. She believes her businesses are assignments and that success means using what God has entrusted to her to serve others well.
